Reminder: Uploaded or imported files (documents and images) will be accessible to other users within a 15 min. window. This applies to Financial History files, upload/download files, Resources, etc.

If your user name or password fails, enter a valid email address in the box under "Forgot your password" and the system will send you instructions for resetting your password.

The email address you enter must be the same email address currently on file in your OnCorps member record--if that has changed, your Program Director will need to update your email address for this feature to work correctly.

* Users should always update their email addresses when necessary using the PROFILE button, located at the upper right hand corner of all pages...

If you experience any other problems logging into the system, send an email to help@oncorpsreports.com and include your full name, program year, state or national direct program, and agency/program. This will generate a help ticket within our system.

Also, while working on a time sheet or report, if you are unexpectedly redirected back to the log in page , first try using your browsers' back button, save your work, and log out. Quit your browser, and re-launch it...

Log back in, and check to make sure your report saved correctly before resuming your reporting.

Network interruptions can cause this kind of session interruption, but let us know when this occurs; it may be something on our end needs attention.
